I will call you as far in advance as possible to give you sufficient notice that someone is coming by to look at your home. It is a good idea to leave your home while buyers are visiting because studies show that people will spend more time in a home when the seller isn’t there. No one likes to stick around a house and make observations when they homeowner is right there. Your home will also always have an electric lockbox on it for convenient access and for security measures.
